Description
The RT Users Group will next meet on Thursday, October 6, for a noon “Lunch & Learn” in Engineering Bldg., Room 023. Topics will include the following:
RT product updates
A preview of new features in the 4.4 upgrade planned for January 6, 2017
Overview for RT integration's with UMBC Enterprise Solutions
An FY16 reviewof campus RT usage, FAQ and select support metrics
An effective practices interactive panel representing a cross section of RT experiences featuring:
Kena Jackson (Enrollment Management)
Shahid Mokal (CAHSS)
Ken Schreihofer (Student Affairs)
Brian Thompson (Graduate School and the Office of General Counsel)
