The auto enrollment script that takes students who are officially enrolled in SA and places them into the corresponding Blackboard course shell stopped working on Monday, June 6. It was restarted as of 9 am Thursday, June 9.
Typically the Blackboard servers receive students enrollment data from the SA system multiple times daily; in this instance the data feeds were no longer being sent from SA to Blackboard. DoIT staff are working to identify the cause of this error.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to ensure that it does not occur in the future.
