Updates to Graduation and Plan reports in REX

New columns have been added to the Graduation Application Status report to show the Reporting Plan, Reporting College, and Reporting Org for each of the student's plans (up to 4 per student).

The report can be accessed by going to rex.umbc.edu, clicking on 'Guided Reports', then navigating to Student Records and Enrollment > Degrees > Details > Graduation Application Status.A new parameter has been added to the Advising and Registration by Plan report called 'Show Plan CIP Codes?'.  If 'yes' is selected, the CIP code for each of the student's plans will be shown on the report.  For most people, this information is not needed and therefore, the parameter will default to 'No' and those columns will not be included on the report.

The report can be accessed by going to rex.umbc.edu, clicking on 'Guided Reports', then navigating to Student Records and Enrollment > Plan Enrollment > Details > Advising and Registration Status by Plan.
