Phone Service Restored

Phone services in the Webex application have been fully restored as of approximately 9 a.m.

DoIT has identified and corrected an authentication issue that prohibited successful authentication to the phone service feature in Webex. Users still experiencing challenges with phone services are encouraged to log out of Webex and sign back in.
