Qualtrics to Retire Legacy Reports
Key deadlines and next steps for Results Dashboards
Qualtrics is retiring Legacy Results Reports and transitioning users to Results Dashboards. As of November 1, 2026, users can no longer create new Legacy Results Reports or custom pages, and new survey projects now default to Results Dashboards.
What Qualtrics users should know:
- By March 31, 2027: If you use custom question pages or custom report pages, you must manually recreate any pages you want to preserve in a Results Dashboard. Custom pages will not migrate automatically.
- By March 31, 2027: If you want an archival copy of an existing Legacy Results Report, download it as a PDF.
- March 17, 2027: Legacy Results Reports can no longer be edited.
- April 1, 2027: Legacy Results Reports will no longer be viewable, and the Results tab will automatically generate a Results Dashboard.
If you do not use custom pages, no migration action is required. However, we encourage all users to become familiar with Results Dashboards as the new reporting experience.
