Known Issue: Bb Course Auto Enrollment (RESOLVED)
The auto enrollment script that takes students who are officially enrolled in SA and places them into the corresponding Blackboard course shell stopped working on Thursday, Jan. 13. It was restarted as of 12 pm, Tuesday, Jan. 25.
Typically the Blackboard servers receive students enrollment data from the SA system multiple times daily; in this instance the data feeds were no longer being sent from SA to Blackboard. DoIT staff have identified the issue and are working on the creation of business processes to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
