Enterprise Infrastructure and Support (EIS) manages a comprehensive suite of technologies and services for the campus. EIS provides essential computing infrastructure, including Unix and Windows servers, research computing, data storage solutions, email systems, and cloud services. Ensuring secure access and connectivity is a priority, which is why we oversee identity management and network services such as wired and wireless connections, firewalls, and VPNs. EIS also supports key enterprise applications, including ERP systems, as well as providing database administration. In addition, EIS manages telecommunications systems like VoIP and video surveillance, and provide robust desktop computing services, including support, software management, and computer labs. Lastly, our Audio-Visual (AV) services encompass the design, installation, and ongoing support for instructional technology. In essence, EIS ensures that all the critical technology systems across the university operate efficiently and securely.
