Slow or unresponsive departmental websites

We are currently experiencing an outage with some of our central campus web servers. This outage is affecting a number of campus websites such as library.umbc.edu, dps.umbc.edu and news.umbc.edu among others. If you have noticed your group's website running slowly or not responding please know we are working on this and hope to have things stabilized in a few hours.
