Description
Before the semester ends and final grades are due, confirm that you have configured your Blackboard gradebook settings correctly. We invite instructors to register for a 15-minute virtual consult to ask questions regarding their Blackboard course gradebook. Instructional Technology staff will assist with gradebook-related questions during the scheduled meeting time. Please review the list of potential consult topics and use our form to request a consult time below.

In your scheduled session, we will assist with questions related to Blackboard gradebook and gradebook settings. Below is an incomplete list of the topics that we may cover together:
Gradebook Basics
- Add a column to the Gradebook
- Update grade information in the Gradebook
- Access student work from the Gradebook
- Use views/filters to organize your Gradebook
Grading
- Multiple Grading Schemas
- Configure the weighted total column/overall grade in the Gradebook

In order to be mindful of time, kindly provide us with your course ID/course name, and specify one or two concerns you would like to discuss during your appointment. After registering for a 15-minute window of time, we will send you a calendar invite with Webex information.
