VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slideshow that holds
images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in several ways – text, voice, audio file, or webcam. Faculty can create and share a VoiceThread with students and colleagues for them to review in presentation mode or to record comments for increased engagement and feedback. Tim Phin, a lecturer in the Ancient Studies department,will share his experiences, and best practices for using VoiceThread in his courses. Participants will also learn how to participate in an extended VoiceThread pilot.
