REX Reports updated for counting of official enrollments

The following reports now allow for selecting all enrolled students or only "official enrolled" students, via a new "Official Enrollment" parameter.  The default for this parameter will be ALL enrolled students.  Make note that this was not the default for reports #1-3 prior to this change.  As a reminder, some enrolled students cannot be counted in official reporting to federal and state agencies, with the most popular populations being intercampus students and those enrolled only in audit courses.  This new parameter will allow for easier reconciliation with IRADS reports in the Census Data folder, which only show official enrolled student counts.
