RT(Request Tracker) scheduled downtime for 8-12-2022 at 5pm
RT will be down beginning 5pm on 8-12-2022 (Friday evening) until 8am on 8-13-2022 (Saturday morning).
This downtime is needed to apply security and performance enhancements.
