Adobe Access Issue – Resolution in Progress

The Division of Information Technology is aware of a system-wide issue affecting access to Adobe applications across the University System of Maryland, including UMBC.


At this time, you may see messages indicating that your Adobe license has expired. However, you will still have up to 7 days of grace-period access while we work with Adobe and USM to restore full access.


No action is required on your part, and there is no need to open individual support tickets. We are actively working with Adobe to resolve the issue and will send an update as soon as full access has been restored.
