Your Digital Transition: UMBC Alumni Tech Guide 🎓🖥️

 

Congratulations, Graduate! As you move from student to alumni, we’re here to help you smoothly transition your digital resources. As you pack up your books, it’s just as important to back up and safely store your digital files. Below is a list of services you will be able to access and a few that will expire once you graduate.

Google Drive, Gmail Account: Google storage is limited to 5GB, including Drive, Photos, and Gmail. Retained as long as the user logs into myUMBC at least once every 12 months. Suspended after 12 months of inactivity. Deleted after 13 months of inactivity. Box, OneDrive, and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint): Expires 30 - 90 days after graduation.
