RT 5.0 Upgrade Coming 8-7-2021
Request Tracker (RT) will be upgraded from RT 4.4 to RT 5.0.
This upgrade will require downtime on Saturday, August 7, 2021 between 8:00 am and Noon.
This Google Presentation will provide a quick overview for RT 5.0.
