Email delivery issue today (May 29th) from 12-2pm
Beginning at noon today, users may have noticed emails missing from their inboxes. While addressing another issue, a filter was applied that caused messages in many inboxes to be inadvertently quarantined.
DoIT is in the process of restoring all emails to users' mailboxes as quickly as possible.
Please note: New email is not impacted and is being delivered normally.
We are working with Google to expedite the restoration and we will send a follow up message when the missing emails are fully restored.
