Legacy RT Forms Outage - May 22, 2025
Earlier today, we experienced a technical issue with legacy RT forms in which submissions were not resulting in a ticket. We believe this issue started within the past day. Modern RT forms built within the past few years remained fully operational.
The DoIT team worked diligently to resolve this matter and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Most, if not all submissions should now be processing into tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In an effort to continue to provide quality support to the campus, we are working to renovate legacy RT forms to meet modern standards, with drastically improved experience and performance.
