New Editor Rollout - Rich Text
You may have noticed something new in RT! Starting today, we're turning on the rich text editor by default. Many RT Power Users knew that you could turn this on in your profile settings, by default, the plain text editor was enabled. You can now style your messages with fonts, more easily paste in formatted content, and of course use emojis.
We continue to look for small ways to make life easier on our RT community. Let us know what you think about the rich text editor!
