Unscheduled chip-cpu Downtime: Cooling Issue Resolved
To all chip-cpu users,
The cooling issue reported around 2320ET Thursday Jan 15 has been resolved. Maintenance technicians were able to assess and repair the chillers that service the research park computer rooms containing the chip-cpu hardware.
Please resume normal operation of the chip cluster and report any issues or questions via a descriptive RT Ticket submitted to https://rtforms.umbc.edu/rt_authenticated/doit/DoIT-support.php?auto=Research%20Computing .
