January HPCF Newsletter
Hi everyone,
I hope everyone had a great vacation!
I'm writing to give everyone an update regarding the UMBC HPCF and other Research Computing projects currently undertaken by DoIT.
Summary
Completion of Migration to RRStor
SIG UE Nominations
Migration of Storage to RRStor
We have completed the migration of all PI groups, grants, and datasets to the new RRStor system. Special shoutout to Greg Ballantine for being the driving force behind this work.
SIG User Experience Nominations
Thank you all to everyone who sent in a nomination for the SIG User Experience meetings. If you've been nominated, we'll follow up with you soon with questions of interest, availability, and expectations.
Publications
If you have any publications, presentations, theses, or other works that made use of the campus cluster(s), please submit an RT Ticket with bibliographic information so that we can accurately reflect this work in our records and on the HPCF Website.
Need Help?
As always, please communicate any issues/questions to the Research Computing RT Queue (hpcf.umbc.edu > User Support > Request Help).
As always, keep computin'!

HPC System Administrator
