DocuSign Hourly Limit issue
Please be aware that the DocuSign system use had exceeded our vendor enforced limit of a 1,000 transactions per hour. It stopped creating envelope transactions for approximately 10 minutes from 11:46 am - 11:56 am today.
If you got the message below you will need to try again as your request did not get submitted.
HOURLY_APIINVOCATION_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
I have escalated a case with DocuSign to get this limit increased asap.
Until they respond it will be necessary to wait until the next hour whenever this message is displayed at which time a fresh allotment of 1,000 transactions is granted.
I apologize for this inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as I hear back from the DocuSign.
