A recent report by Goldman Sachs predicts that AI could replace 300 million full-time jobs. However, another report from Dell Technologies suggests that 85% of jobs by 2030 do not currently exist (pdf).
As with other life changing technological advancements -- from the assembly line to the internet -- the advent of AI will most likely cause a shift in how we work more so than a disastrous dismantling of the workforce itself.
