Server downtime on October 26th from 8:00am to 12:00 noon
DoIT will be moving several servers to a different location within our data center to provide them with better cooling and to utilize our space and power more efficiently. In order to accomplish this we will need to have short outages on several key systems. Individual services listed below should only be down for around 30-45 minutes each. Sunday October 26th, 8am to Noon
Access to Cyrus and UMBC Webmail (accounts not migrated to UMBC Gmail)
All mail will be queued up and delivered after the server is brought back online
myUMBC lite page will be up resulting in reduced myUMBC functionality
The new web hosting environment will be partially down (pages will be available but any database calls will not work)
Student mySQL databases will be offline
Userpages will be unavailable
Wiki will be unavailable
License5 will be down (autodesk, cadence, idl, schrodinger, xilinx, mathematica)
Perseus will be unavailable
Lists will be unavailable
Webadmin will be unavailable
