Over this past year, DoIT virtualized our legacy Blackboard system to serve as an archive server following the migration to managed hosting by Blackboard for all UMBC Bb courses. In addition, we continued our push towards replacing physical boxes with virtual servers as they are upgraded or rebuilt. We are now just under 25% physical for our data center.
