The RT (Request Tracker) system will be upgraded on the evening of July 7, 2015 between 6pm and 9pm. Please see the previous announcement, preview, and testing options.
I will ask each RT department leader to share this information with all RT users in your area. If any of these folks need, or desire, access to the RT myUMBC group please contact me and I can get them added asap.
Again I would encourage everyone to take a look at the newer version (4.2.11) prior to the upgrade date and share any questions, concerns, or issues asap.
