1/14 Session Will Highlight DoIT's Best Practices with RT
DoIT's Andrea Mocko, coordinator of the Technology Support Center (TSC), will share "lessons learned" about using RT on Thursday, January 14, at 11 a.m. in Engineering Bldg., Room 023. Light refreshments will be provided, but an RSVP confirming attendance would be appreciated.
FYI -- In November, Mocko also joined me as co-author and co-presenter at the 2015 Special Interest Group - University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS) annual meeting. SIGUCCS has since asked to "re-broadcast" our presentation, "Using FAQs Help Users Help Themselves," as a webinar on April 8 at 3 p.m. (connection details TBA). If there's UMBC campus interest, we'd even welcome a local, live audience for a "simulcast" instead of staring into our own computer screens in our offices. 😉
