Please include as many details as possible, such as path in which you were running, location of log files / error files, your Slurm/Hadoop script, flags used to start a job, and job number.
Submitting a ticket such as “The system is broken.“, or “This used to work…” without these details will delay our ability to help resolve the issue at hand.
Any modifications to group or account membership should be submitted by the PI of that group or account.
