myUMBC Update
On July 29, 2011 the myUMBC system was updated to improve the myUMBC groups system. One important change provides a new group category of institutional group. An institutional group must be requested by a staff or faculty member and allows you to "enroll" people in a group.
A second change is that group news and group events are automatically added to your start page so they are easy to follow.
Finally, if you are using Google calendar, we have now integrated the "Calendar" item in the dashboard with Google calendar. Hovering your mouse over the Calendar menu item will show your calendar for the day. Clicking the entry will open Google calendar.
