A number of services, including WebEX, Microsoft Teams and Zoom are having connectivity problems this afternoon. There is a fairly major outage within the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud platform that hosts many large commercial software solutions that appears to be causing these issues.
While these large scale outages are rare, they can often last a few hours before full service is restored. We will update the community as we get more information.
