Please include as many details as possible, including whenever possible:
- The file system path where you encountered the issue
- Location of log files / error files
- The location of your SLURM script or a copy of the commands used
- Flags used to start a job
- The SLURM job number
Submitting a ticket such as “The system is broken.“, or “This used to work…” without these details will delay our ability to help resolve the issue at hand.
Any modifications to group or account membership should be submitted by the PI of that group or account.
